Did you miss the opportunity to copy your photos within one week?

Our third-party service can restore your photos and resend them to you within 48 business hours of your payment. You will receive all photos taken or edited during our photoshoot session.

To assist with this process, Scalens Studio will provide complimentary access to the computer during the photo restoration by the third-party service. As a reminder, the one-week period to copy your photos was clearly communicated when the photos were originally sent. However, if you need further assistance, have any questions regarding the restoration, or if you require additional time to resolve your case, please select one of the following options with assistant:

• Edited Photos + Assistant, or

• Non-edited Photos + Assistant

If this is not the case, please simply select either "Photo Editing" or "All Non-Edited Photos."

Please select a quantity of 1 for each option, as this will ensure the correct service is provided.
